ENMAD Drilling Rig and Equipment Manufacturing Company Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Hydraulic Diamond Core Drills for the mineral exploration drilling industry. The company, established in 2008, has over 40 years of experience in the diamond drilling industry. The President, Mehmet OZTEN, with over 30 years of experience in the exploration industry, identified the need for an improved Hydraulic Diamond Drill in terms of safety, environment, reliability, performance, and ergonomics.

The manufacturing facility is located in Ostim Industrial Zone, Ankara, Turkey, and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art welding and machining equipment. The certified technicians at the facility have over 100 years of combined experience in the drilling industry.

The ER Series (all hydraulic crawler and truck-mounted rigs) offers a variety of Turnkey Hydraulic Diamond Core Drills that enable a drilling contractor to undertake their project upon delivery. The rig models include ER-1100 (with 1100m drilling capacity with NQ rods), ER-2000B (with 2000m drilling capacity with NQ rods), and ER-2000 (with 2700m drilling capacity with NQ rods). Each model has been designed with a focus on operator safety, ergonomics, and competitive performance in world markets.

Since its establishment, 65 rigs have been manufactured and are actively operating in 5 different countries. Five rigs are in Liberia, 4 rigs in Saudi Arabia, 1 in Afghanistan, 2 in Uzbekistan, and 2 in Kyrgyzstan for the Kumtor Gold mine at 4300m elevation. Each rig is tailored to operate in various environmental conditions, including tropical weather, desert conditions, and freezing temperatures as low as -40°C.

We have produced 32 drilling rigs for Turkish Petroleum International Corporation, all of which are operating throughout Turkey in highly challenging drilling conditions and completing boreholes of up to 2000m every day.

Replacement parts are available for ten (10) years from the last production date, provided that vendor-supplied items or out-of-production parts are available. If an item is out of production, ENMAD will make every effort to substitute currently available parts.

The warranty for rigs is 6 months or 750 hours from the ship date on material and workmanship. Installing a spare part will not affect the original warranty of the ENMAD product. The Rig warranty is limited to defects in material or workmanship of the part(s) and does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, property damage, or any consequential damages.
